Dream’s First Contact with “Authority”…. the Legal Fiction, “TV LICENSING”.

Well it’s been a couple of months now since I lawfully served my Public Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right to go at common law by the “name” Dream. It has been a fascinating couple of months, but what has been most interesting is the literal lack of comprehension the majority of those I spoke to had of WHY I had done what I’d done, and indeed EXACTLY WHAT I’VE DONE!

I’ve attempted in this video update to explain a little more why I Dream, the Man, have taken the path I am now on, the reasoning, rationale and evidence supporting the “Understanding” and  “Claim of Right” I made, and my first contact with a legal fiction… TV LICENSING. Now it should be noted that in this particular instance, I am not only acting lawfully, but I am NOT acting illegally either. I was feeling intimidated and harassed and had decided to take action.

These 3 parts now uploaded to YouTube HOPEFULLY will help clarify and elucidate my position. I would appreciate constructive feedback from anyone further along the path than I.

This update has taken about a week longer to upload than I’d intended, firstly due to YouTube deleting the soundtrack to my upload for “breach of WMG copyright”, and secondly from all further attempted uploads with my own version replacing the 68 seconds of Green Day’s track “Warning” I’d used failing to upload successfully over and over again day after day.
